Refund Policy

Effective from June 2026 · Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd.

At Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd., we provide customized environmental and water management solutions, including rainwater harvesting systems, sewage treatment systems, bio-digester solutions, and industrial effluent treatment systems. Since our services involve site-specific planning, technical design, material procurement, installation, execution, and professional consultation, refund requests are handled based on the stage of work completed.

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, advance payments, service charges, and project-related payments are managed.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for:

  • Rainwater harvesting system consultation, design, supply, and installation
  • Sewage treatment system consultation, design, supply, and installation
  • DRDO Bio-Digester STP related solutions
  • Bio-Sol Treatment System related solutions
  • Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant solutions
  • Site visits, inspections, technical consultations, and assessments
  • Project advances, installation charges, service charges, and maintenance-related payments

2. Advance Payments

For most projects, an advance payment may be required to confirm the order, schedule site work, initiate planning, begin technical design, or start procurement of materials.

Once the project is confirmed and work has been initiated, the advance amount may not be fully refundable. Any refund, if applicable, will depend on the stage of the project and expenses already incurred by the company.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before any site inspection, technical planning, design work, material procurement, or execution has started, the refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative charges, payment gateway charges, bank charges, and any other direct costs already incurred.

The final refund amount will be communicated after internal review.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once the work has started, including site inspection, consultation, design planning, drawings, estimation, procurement, fabrication, logistics, or installation preparation, the payment will not be eligible for a full refund.

In such cases, Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. may deduct the cost of completed work, professional charges, materials procured, transportation expenses, labour charges, third-party charges, and administrative costs before considering any partial refund.

5. Customized Project Orders

Most of our solutions are customized based on the customer's site condition, water requirement, wastewater load, available space, technical feasibility, and project scope.

Payments made for customized system design, customized equipment, specially procured materials, fabrication, or project-specific components are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed or procurement has started.

6. Site Visit and Consultation Charges

Any amount paid towards site visits, technical inspections, consultation, water assessment, feasibility study, or professional advisory services is non-refundable once the visit or consultation has been completed.

If a scheduled site visit is cancelled by the customer after arrangements have been made, applicable travel, coordination, or administrative charges may be deducted.

7. Refunds for Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a customer has made a duplicate payment or paid an excess amount by mistake, the same must be reported to us with valid payment proof.

After verification, the duplicate or excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted against the project invoice, as mutually agreed.

8. Refunds Due to Service Non-Availability

If Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons, technical non-feasibility, or any other unavoidable reason from our side, the customer will be informed, and an appropriate refund or alternative solution may be offered.

Refunds in such cases will be processed after deducting any completed service, consultation, site visit, or third-party cost, if applicable.

9. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the customer cancels the project after work has started
  • If materials have already been procured or customized
  • If design, planning, consultation, or technical work has already been completed
  • If installation work has started or been completed
  • If the delay is caused due to customer-side approvals, site readiness, payment delay, access restrictions, or change in requirement
  • If the customer changes the project scope after confirmation
  • If the service has already been delivered as per the agreed scope
  • If third-party charges, government fees, testing fees, transportation, or labour expenses have already been incurred
  • If the customer is dissatisfied due to expectations that were not part of the agreed proposal or scope of work

10. Replacement or Rectification

For supplied systems, equipment, or components, refund may not be the first option. If there is any genuine defect, installation issue, or service-related concern, Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will first review the issue and may provide rectification, replacement, repair, or technical support as applicable.

Any replacement or rectification will be subject to the agreed project terms, warranty conditions, product condition, site usage, and inspection findings.

11. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us with the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Project location
  • Invoice number or payment reference
  • Payment proof
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documents, photos, or communication records, if applicable

12. Refund Review Timeline

Once we receive a refund request, our team will review the project status, payment details, completed work, incurred expenses, and applicable terms. Refund approval or rejection will be communicated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receiving all required details.

13. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method or through bank transfer within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the payment method, bank processing time, and internal approval process.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.

14. Changes to This Refund Policy

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and will be effective from the date of posting.
