A project will be considered confirmed only when:

• The site is made available for execution
• Any required permissions or approvals are arranged by the customer, where applicable

Once the project is confirmed, the company may begin planning, procurement, scheduling, technical design, fabrication, coordination, or execution work.

Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or written communication shared with the customer.

Customers are required to make payments as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in delay, hold, or suspension of work.

All applicable taxes, government charges, transportation charges, testing fees, third-party charges, or additional costs will be payable by the customer unless specifically included in the quotation.

Project timelines are estimated based on scope of work, site readiness, material availability, weather conditions, labour availability, logistics, approvals, and customer-side coordination.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the estimated timeline. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

• Customer-side approval delay
• Site not being ready
• Payment delay
• Material availability issues
• Weather conditions
• Civil work delay
• Access restrictions
• Change in project scope
• Government restrictions or approvals
• Force majeure events
• Third-party vendor delays

Any change in project scope may lead to revised timelines and additional costs.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Ensuring site access for inspection and execution
• Making the site ready before installation
• Providing required water, electricity, space, and support, where applicable
• Arranging necessary permissions from society, local authorities, building owners, or government bodies
• Making timely payments
• Reviewing and approving project details on time
• Using the installed system as per provided guidance
• Carrying out periodic cleaning and maintenance where required

Failure to fulfill customer responsibilities may affect system performance, project timelines, and service commitments.

Installation and execution will be carried out as per the agreed scope of work. Any additional work requested by the customer during execution will be treated as a change in scope and may be chargeable separately.

If unexpected site conditions are found during execution, the company may recommend changes in design, materials, process, or pricing.

The customer must ensure that the site is safe and accessible for the execution team. Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays or damages caused due to unsafe site conditions, incomplete civil work, hidden underground utilities, or restricted access.

The performance of rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, effluent treatment, or groundwater recharge systems depends on several factors, including:

• Site condition
• Usage pattern
• Water or wastewater quality
• Rainfall availability
• Maintenance practices
• Soil condition
• Wastewater load
• Input contamination levels
• Power availability, where applicable
• Proper operation by the customer

Any performance output, treated water quality, recharge benefit, or reuse recommendation will be subject to system design, site feasibility, and regular maintenance.

No absolute guarantee is provided for groundwater level increase, borewell yield improvement, treated water quality, or pollution load reduction unless specifically agreed in writing with measurable parameters and testing conditions.

Some systems may require periodic maintenance, inspection, cleaning, filter replacement, sludge removal, or operational care.

Maintenance responsibility will depend on the agreed scope of work. If annual maintenance, periodic service, or ongoing technical support is required, it may be provided under a separate agreement or paid service plan.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for system issues caused due to lack of maintenance, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, improper operation, or external damage.

Warranty, if applicable, will be mentioned separately in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or product-specific document. Warranty will generally not apply to:

• Improper usage
• Lack of maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Natural wear and tear

Since our services often involve site-specific planning, technical design, procurement, fabrication, material movement, and execution preparation, payments may not be fully refundable once work has started.

Customers are advised to review the quotation, scope of work, and payment terms carefully before confirming a project.

Any changes requested after project confirmation may affect cost, timeline, material requirement, design, installation method, and final output. Change in scope may include:

However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from website use, project delays, site issues, operational errors, third-party work, regulatory changes, or customer-side negligence.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and agreed terms.

Some projects may involve third-party components, vendors, logistics providers, testing agencies, payment processors, consultants, or service partners.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays, defects, warranty limitations, or service issues caused by third-party products or service providers beyond our reasonable control.

Third-party warranties, if applicable, will be governed by the respective manufacturer or service provider's terms.

All website content, text, service descriptions, graphics, images, logos, designs, technical documents, proposals, and materials created by Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
