Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd., we provide water and wastewater management solutions such as Rain Water Harvesting Systems, Sewage Treatment Systems, DRDO Bio-Digester STP Solutions, Bio-Sol Treatment Systems, and Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems.

Since most of our services involve project-based execution, site-specific materials, equipment, components, installation work, and technical implementation, our shipping and delivery process may vary depending on the project scope, location, material availability, and agreed terms.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how materials, equipment, project components, and service-related deliveries are handled.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the delivery or transportation of materials, equipment, system components, filters, pipes, tanks, treatment units, installation items, accessories, and other project-related materials supplied by Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. This policy applies to services and products related to:

  • Rain Water Harvesting Systems
  • Sewage Treatment Systems
  • DRDO Bio-Digester STP Solutions
  • Bio-Sol Treatment Systems
  • Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems
  • Groundwater Recharge Solutions
  • Filtration Units and Accessories
  • Installation and Project Execution Materials

2. Delivery Locations

We provide delivery and project execution support to selected locations based on service availability, project feasibility, logistics support, and site accessibility.

For projects outside our regular service areas, delivery and transportation will be subject to prior confirmation. Additional logistics, transportation, travel, labour, or handling charges may apply depending on the location.

3. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Shipping, transportation, loading, unloading, and handling charges may be included in the quotation or charged separately depending on the project scope. If these charges are not included in the quotation, the customer will be informed in advance before dispatch or execution. Additional charges may apply in case of:

  • Remote project locations
  • Difficult site access
  • Multiple delivery attempts
  • Special vehicle requirements
  • Heavy equipment movement
  • Labour required for unloading
  • Material storage or holding delays
  • Customer-requested change in delivery location
  • Urgent or priority delivery requests

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on the type of system, material availability, customization requirement, manufacturing or fabrication time, logistics availability, site readiness, and payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of quotation, order confirmation, or project planning. Standard delivery timelines may vary for:

  • Ready-to-dispatch components
  • Customized project materials
  • Fabricated tanks or treatment units
  • Rainwater filtration systems
  • Bio-digester or sewage treatment units
  • Industrial effluent treatment systems
  • Large project-based installations

Any timeline shared by Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. should be treated as an estimated timeline unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. Order Processing

Once the project or order is confirmed, we may begin processing activities such as technical planning, material selection, procurement, fabrication, packing, transportation coordination, and installation scheduling. Order processing will generally begin after:

  • Quotation or proposal approval
  • Advance payment confirmation
  • Scope of work confirmation
  • Site details are received
  • Required drawings or measurements are shared
  • Site readiness is confirmed, wherever applicable

Delay in customer confirmation, payment, site access, or required information may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Customized and Project-Based Materials

Many of our systems are customized based on site conditions, capacity requirement, water flow, wastewater load, available space, and technical design.

Customized items, fabricated materials, project-specific components, and specially procured equipment may take additional time for delivery.

Once customized materials are procured, fabricated, or dispatched, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a verified defect or an issue covered under the agreed project terms.

7. Delivery and Installation

For many projects, delivery may be linked with installation or execution. In such cases, materials may be delivered directly to the project site by our team, vendor, logistics partner, or installation team. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready to receive the materials and that proper access is available for unloading, storage, and installation. The customer must provide:

  • Safe and clear access to the site
  • Space for unloading and storing materials
  • Required permissions from building, society, facility, or local authorities
  • Availability of responsible site contact person
  • Electricity and water access, if required for installation
  • Safe working conditions for the installation team

If the site is not ready at the time of delivery or installation, additional waiting, storage, transportation, or rescheduling charges may apply.

8. Customer Availability During Delivery

The customer or an authorized representative should be available at the delivery location to receive the materials. At the time of delivery, the customer must check:

  • Number of packages received
  • Visible condition of materials
  • Any physical damage to packaging
  • Whether the delivered items match the agreed scope
  • Any missing or incorrect items, if easily identifiable

Any visible damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported immediately to our team.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If any material is received in damaged condition or if any item is missing from the delivery, the customer must notify Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. The customer may be required to share:

  • Photos of damaged material
  • Photos of packaging
  • Delivery receipt or challan
  • Invoice or project reference
  • Description of the issue
  • Site contact details

After verification, we may provide replacement, repair, rectification, or suitable resolution depending on the issue and agreed terms. Damage reported after installation, usage, mishandling, improper storage, or customer-side movement may not be eligible for replacement.

10. Delivery Delays

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to deliver materials and execute projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Delivery or execution may be delayed due to:

  • Material shortage
  • Manufacturing or fabrication delay
  • Transportation or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Road restrictions or local disruptions
  • Customer-side payment delay
  • Site not being ready
  • Approval or permission delay
  • Change in project scope
  • Labour availability
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party vendor delays

We will keep the customer informed in case of significant delays.

11. Change of Delivery Address

Any request to change the delivery address must be communicated before dispatch. Once materials are dispatched, change of delivery address may not be possible. If a change is possible, additional logistics or transportation charges may apply.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

12. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, restricted site access, lack of unloading support, or site not being ready, the delivery may be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Second delivery attempt
  • Vehicle waiting time
  • Material holding or storage
  • Return transportation
  • Labour rescheduling
  • Installation team rescheduling

13. Risk and Responsibility After Delivery

Once the materials are delivered to the customer site and acknowledged by the customer or site representative, the responsibility for safe storage and protection of materials will rest with the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer must ensure that delivered items are stored safely and protected from theft, damage, rain, fire, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized movement.

Bhaanvi Enviro and Agro India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper storage, mishandling, customer-side labour, third-party contractors, or site conditions.

14. Installation Material Storage

For project-based installations, some materials may be delivered before installation begins. The customer must provide a secure storage area at the site.

If materials cannot be stored safely at the customer site, storage or repeated transportation may attract additional charges.

15. Partial Deliveries

For larger projects, materials may be delivered in multiple stages depending on project progress, site readiness, procurement schedule, or installation sequence.

Partial delivery does not mean incomplete service if the project is planned in phases. The remaining materials will be delivered as per the agreed schedule and execution plan.

16. International Shipping

Currently, our services and project-based deliveries are primarily intended for locations within India. International shipping or overseas project delivery will be considered only on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed separately in writing.
